Rude and lies. Does not understand how job. Refused to help hook up the trailer Tried to say I had oil in the back of it. ... it was water where we cleaned out mud. Never was there any oil. Refused to let me take pictures and made me leave. Yelled at my husband for no reason. I came uhaul who said a regional manager would contact me THAT NEVER DID

I had 1 hrs added to my trip from Dalron GA. to Jacksonville NC because my Drop off location at 101 N Glenwood Ave Dalton, GA had look on the gate and did not answer there phone. And I would like an partial refund because of time lost of returning home. Thank you

ABRAM MThis location offered some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I called in multiple times and have been told each time that I would be speaking with a specialist to help resolve these issues, but still haven't heard back from anyone. Overall I would not chose or recommend Uhaul ever again.
