I dropped off a one-way U-Haul rental from Arizona at this location. Since I had a trailer attached and couldn't keep the truck in front of my house due to space restrictions, I asked if I could leave the truck and trailer there overnight for a couple of nights while I used it during the day. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll definitely be renting from them again soon for an upcoming project where I'll need a daily pickup truck and a ramp truck. I highly recommend this location. One important tip: if you're returning your truck after hours, you must complete the return using the U-Haul app. You can't just park the truck, drop the keys in the key box, and leave. If you don't complete the return through the app, your rental may not be checked in until the next business day, and you could be charged for an extra day. The app will also ask you to take photos of the truck, cargo area, the fuel gauge, and the odometer. Those pictures help protect you in case anything happens to the vehicle before it's officially checked in.

After attempting renting at a drop off location on 25th street (not a store), the app still prompted “counter service” while there. The workers there were not equipped to help. Had to call customer service twice, then again, after being charged an extra $72.00 for fuel fee and six gallons of gas. The girl on phone said she put in for refund, and a confirmation e-mail would arrive. It has not!!! I now have to call AGAIN!
