Our reservations were changed to this location for a Sunday pick up and upon arrival, the location was closed on Sundays. We also were not informed nor sent the instructions that our pick up was to processed through the Cell Phone Process so it took 45 minutes to speak with someone and complete the process. They also did not include the Moving Pads which we ordered.William P.

A&G overcharged me 105.3 miles that I did not drive at $0.29 per mile. This resulted in a charge of more than $30.00 overcharge. Very very poor experience and I highly recommend all customers beware.Harry H.

The location is weird because you have to pass the location and then go down a ways to make a u-turn. The interior if the truck was clean but the exterior of the cab was dirty. I guess since I'd never used the self-check in/out, that's why it probably took a little longer (pics, walking back and forth, etc.) Overall, I'd have to rate this as "average."Kevin G.

nothing really. the experience withuhaul & A&G was excellent. Everyone was great even when at the last minute we needed the truck for 2 extra days and the folks at A&G and uhaul came through for usdonald B.
This supplier was AWESOME!!......the only one I would use in the area. I went to/contacted three other uhaul places in the area and they were pretty much a joke. Terrible service and communication. One was never really in the office, and it took asking another business where the office actually was. A&G were professional all the way around. Friendly too,Bill K.

Dropped the truck off the same day as pick up. Walked into location and handed over the keys. They didn't give me any instructions and didn't bother checking the truck in for several days later. Overall I think my experience dealing with Uhaul was very poor. I had to call the universal service line multiple times the day of the pick up just to find out how to get the truck. Waiting for long periods on hold didn't help the experience and having people who gave you short answers wasn't helpful either. At the time of this review I still don't see a detailed breakdown of my bill online and I feel I've been overcharged. I would look for other options before using Uhaul again and if I did use it, I would go into a full service site and speak to a person in person. Not sure if that would be any better though.Gregory C.

The day before I was to pick up the truck I got a call telling me they had no trucks the size I wanted even though there were at least 3 locations in the area I selected. I was told I would have to travel an additional 50 miles (25 mi. each way) to get a truck. This was very inconvenient and created a very stressful situation since I was unfamiliar with the new location. I was not very happy with U-Haul.linda M.

It was very frustrating that no vehicles were available closer. The miles we had to pay was too much. When I tried talking to representatives - they said no trucks were available but had trucks in their lots when they were closed.Sean H.

The truck it's self got the job done: my issue was with the location. I received a call from uhaul telling me that even though I made a reservation, I needed to "try to come earlier" because I needed to drop it off by 3:30 (original time was 11-5) for someone else's reservation. I told them I had the reservation already but they insisted I change my time to accommodate them. I finally agree. I show up at 9 the day of the reservation to them telling me they don't have my truck. I asked why. They looked it up and told me another location has it. Uhaul gets paid by the mile, and this was an extra 10-15 miles for me to travel. As I arrive at the next place, they have it, but now all the sudden they ask me to have it back by 5 for the reservation and that I need to take it back to that location instead of the closer one. He was rude and had very little customer service skills. This entire experiance was a nightmare with customer service. I got my job done and returned the truck well before 3. next time I will use a different company.brooke F.
