To improve, print a copy of the final receipt for the customer as soon as they drop the rental off. Do not tell them you will email it to them.

The staff was awful. My pick up time was for 9am didn’t leave until almost 10. The U-Haul trained staff wasn’t even there. The cashier tried to get ahold of him for 20 minutes just to have a very rude phone call with him. It was very unprofessional and I will NOT be using U-Haul again.
