Folks at Aaro were very helpful in getting me hooked up with the trailer I had ordered. I had some apprehensions because of bad online reviews of Aaro Rental Center, but I found no basis for thise bad reviews. My only complaint is with the U-Haul online booking system, which has nothing to do with Aaro Rental Center. The online booking system told me that I could pick up my trailer at a different location in Columbia, SC, but then sent me a last-minute email switching my pickup location to Aaro. I hope the next time U-Haul executives or system programmers book an airline flight, the airline changes their take-off location at the last minute so that they can experience bad corporate manners just as I did.

Maritza TThis is not the location I made the reservation for the U-haul - it was changed less than 1/2 hour before I was supposed to pick-up the van. The new location was very inconvenient for pick-up and return. The last time I reserved a U-haul van I had to take a truck as there were not any vans available. Why do I make a reservation if U-haul is not going to honor it.

Keith MEverything was perfect for the pickup. The young man was thoughtful, professional and had the truck waiting facing an exit. He went over numerous parts of the truck and made sure that I understood directions to our loading address. Very good experience.
