Attitude of owner and receptionist. They were so rude and very unhelpful. I always use the Uhaul on Blizzard Dr in Parkersburg because they are so very helpful. I made my reservation there but for some reason had to pick up my trailer in Vienna. I will NEVER get a Uhaul from Aaron's again.nancy B.

When I picked the truck up I said I did not need insurance, I gave State Farm. They billed me for insurance anyways... now I have to go through the dispute process.Keith P.
Tell your customers all about the hidden fees that's u don't explain to them upon rental, over priced rentals. It was supposed to cost me $19.95 a day plus mileage. I ended up paying over $100.00 dollars for a rental from 9 am until 4 pm, so much for $19.95 a day, where!!!!Keith A.

When I went to pick up the truck at 2:30, the truck was not there. The guy behind the counter called the previous renter to find out where it was - they were 15 minutes out (their truck had been due in at 1100). The truck was dirty inside and out - I tried to upload several pictures but it only let me upload one. Because I was in a bind (I had movers at my residence waiting on me and I was paying them by the hour), I took the truck. The windows were down when I drove off. After loading the truck at my residence, I rolled up the windows. Bright and early the next morning when I went out to drive the truck to Columbus, there was such an odor of cigarette smoke and urine that was so over powering. I had to drive all the way to Columbus with the windows rolled down. Once I got to Columbus, I talked with the guy at Uhaul about it and he told me to let the company know. I also saw on the passenger door (inside) where something had been spilled all down the door - this was the urine - it was very obvious when I was close to it. It appears as if someone had urinated all over the inside of the door. I am not very happy with this Uhaul experience at all - granted, it's not Uhaul personally.... it is Aarons Towing and Company that should have called prior to my arrival to find out the location of the truck among other things. I will never use Aarons to rent a truck or any of their services due to their lack of care and concern for the customer.Mary M.

Automatic pickup system STINKS!!! Enter online 3 times but still had to call and wait almost an hour to get the truck.MICKIANNE H.
Not the fault of Aaron's but we reserved a Truck and trailer in Parkersburg, and were sent to Vienna for one and Marietta for the other. This was a major inconvenience.richard S.

The gas issue originally noted above did surface when I went to turn in the truck. The folks advised or suggested I go and fill the tank to full or U Haul was going to charge me. I explained what had happened the day before and showed them the guys business card and said they could call him too. I said he was going to enter the info. In the â€œnotesâ€ section. Surprise, There wasn't anything entered. The truck when I returned it had more gas in it than when I picked it up and told them I actually had a picture if they wanted to see it. They were very helpful and were able to reconcile the issue at no extra charge. This place was top notch in customer service and I would recommend them to anyone!Stephen F Sr S.

We have rented twice in the last six months and both times it took at least 45 minutes for us to pick up the uhaul. The first time was a different location and he was new at working the computer system. This time she could not get the computer or the App on her phone to work. You need to train people better in whatever system you decide to use!!! Each time we have been told it is a new system. It was a very pain staking process to go through once much less twice.Sherry B.
