barbara KTruck was dirty. They gave me 15ft instead of 10ft. My apartment parking lot can't fit a 15ft so I spent over 9 hours walking my property from the truck to my apartment. 06 miles away. I varied 2 times with this business the size and cost. Also the main uhaul #, twice. Neither told me about the deposit. I barely had that left in my account. The storage unit is 100miles from my home. It took me 3 months to save for thelis truck and move The uhaul, Abby, their lock box system... My lock was rusty, and Literally had to pry it open with a tool. It took me more than a half hour to figure that out. I'll never rent a truck from uhaul ever again . I feel violated and I care about as a customer. Abby had several 10ft trucks parked in their closed lot. My tank was on half. Expected 100 mile trip. My MPG was 8.4 . Also, I didn't have 15ft worth of property in storage, and didn't plan on straps or rope to secure.. so many items of mine are broken and irreplaceable. This ruined my whole week

BRIAN RWhen I arrived the truck I reserved was blocked in by another truck and was unable to be accessed. I had to call customer service for help as this is a drop box location and was closed on Sunday. I was on hold for almost 30 minutes to get assistance. I was extremely frustrated as I was working on a set timeframe for my move. It was resolved but the inconvenience was annoying

RHONDA DI was charged for 2 days, but I only had the truck for around 9-10 hrs, the Abby Trail Storage location staff called me at 9am and cursed and was extremely disrespectful to me immediately when I answered my phone, even when I tried to explain she continued to swear at me. When I called about being over charged, the representative told me I had already been charged and then hung up. This was the worst Uhaul experience I’ve ever had and I will never rent from U-Haul again. Abby Trail Storage in Canal Winchester has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Ashley MI intentionally did not add safemove online as I was only using the uhaul for about 5-6 miles of travel. To my surprise it was added by the location and I was charged with it.

LOUIS PSystems were shut down for hours which caused us to miss our deadline and we had to pay double. They over charged me for gas. Terrible experience. I've been using Uhaul for my business for years, but not more.

Hobart BI received a total cost that was below other rental agencies. I did find that what I saw online, what was stated at time of pickup, and what I was told to me by a u-haul agent over the phone, didn’t quite match. It made it confusing to understand actually what I was renting.
Russell RFront desk lady was very rude. Initially when I first walked in she was sweeping the floor and taking a personal call, didn't greet me, told me to wait cause she had to sweep up the dirt. A man walks in she greets him and once done sweeping proceeded to help him first after I waited on her for 10 mins. Customer service was nonexistent and the mannerism when helping was very rude.

Jesse SThe key location for drop-off was not next to the building. It was also not lit up so it was hard to see at first since it was dusk. It took several minutes to see where the key drop was. Maybe a light or a better way to show where it is on the help link.
Galen GI am so annoyed that the process was so crazy and unorganized. First place we were sent to "forgot" to leave the key. Then the 2nd place wouldn't let us do anything. We were behind schedule about 2 hours. Awful!!!
Joe BI have no complaints. My truck was ready when I came to pick it up. It was cleaned no problems with the reservations everything went as planned. If ever I needed any other help in the future I’d come to the Abbie Trails Storage place again. Thank you for the best experience ever.

Mensa SCustomer service is the worst. Ann the front desk clerk is ABSOLUTELY Rude, unprofessional, and her communication skills are lackluster. I will never rent from this place again, specially because of her behavior!
Leah FFuel level metrics are very poor. Using fractions and a subjective measure of the gage position is off-dated. Modern trucks provide distance to empty prediction, which could be more precise. The best way to deal with this is by displaying the actual volume of gas in gallons stored in the tank, so customers know exactly how much to fill.
