We rented the uhaul to move out of my apartment. We were told 175 for the whole thing. So I payed it. The next day I came in and they made us pay another 184 and never told us we would have a second charge the next day. I'm very annoyed. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I'm out of a job and just trying to move into my apartment. I wish someone would have told me about the second charge. We have rented uhauls before and have never had a second charge. We won't be returning.Marissa R.

I rented a two bedroom uhaul truck from 5pm to 11pm. I get to the rental place to pick up the truck and the damn thing didn't start I had to call road side assistance to come jump it off which took intill 7pm for me to finally get to pull out of the rentals driveway. I was already on a deadline with trying to move plus I only had 6 hours with the truck and that got cut down to 4 hours. I was left in a bind and am not happy about my service.Taylor M.

There were boxes in the back of the truck before I was even able to use it. Meaning they are not mine. I feel I should get 5 dollars off for that. I had to go around them the whole time. If it was just two boxes, I wouldn't make it an issue but it was like 7-10 boxes back there. I needed that space and had to work around them.mariah M.

The only problem I had was the sides of the trailer were dirty on the inside. Not realizing that my mattress and box springs were very dirty when we started unloading them. Next time I will take a rag with me and wipe them down before I put my items in.Patti H.

The 4x8 ft trailer swayed excessively when towing although my truck's hitch was at the correct height of 18" and the load was correct (60% forward of axle). Also, the doors seals leaked and we had boxes that the bottoms were wet after driving for 6 hours through rain. No contents were damaged by the moisture but it made unloading a mess.Orin H.

I dropped the trailer after hours, no one was around. Your email communications are terrible. Every message I tried to send ended with a failed to connect to server message with the link provided. The "agreed drop point" was not the same dealer as was entered when I did the initial contract, Nams tire, who is a US veteran. That's why I chose Nams.BERNIE W.
The trailer was reserved to be picked up in Larose, La. It was not there Wednesday morning as confirmed. I had to drive 80 miles to pick it up in Houma, La. I was not pleased. If I had know the day before, I would have been there at opening time. I lost 2 hrs. of work time because of this "failure to communicate" If it won't be there on time, let customer know!Jasper C.
