Truck was not ready for pick up. 24/7 customer service was great. Got a new truck and the lock didn’t work with the code given. Had to drive to a different location for a new truck. Pushed my move time back an hour

michael bEquipment was not safely equipped to rent. I was also charged an after hour $20 charge and it was returned during opening time.
Sherri EMy rating ie not the fault of Above & Beyond. I reserved the trailer 1 week ahead of time. I was told that it would be at the Main St. location. Never heard any updates. I called 1/2 hour before my pickup time and asked if there were any problems with my rental. They said "no problem". I got to Main St location and they told me they didn't have it. It was at the McArthur location. Their computer would not release the trailer (if that was the right one). Had the 800 number girl talk to them and she sent me though town at 5pm on Friday. That's where Above & Beyond was. This is the second time I have gone through this BS. I am now looking at Penske for my next rental.
Tom OThe location was not easily identifiable. Drove up and down the street twice. The location is a clothing boutique store with nothing that identifies it as an authorized uhaul dealer. The uhaul truck was across the street in an empty building. Was only able to locate the store by name when I happen to look across the street. Then when we walked in, the person in charge did not seem very knowledgeable. It wasn't the best or easiest experience.

Nydia SA bit tricky to find, but the staff helped me out in a pinch. My original location didn’t have the truck I reserved and I wasn’t notified. When I called customer service, they sent me to this location and the staff were helpful and pretty quick.
Kelly RPickup location was inside of a clothing store. There was no signage whatsoever and the store didn’t look very welcoming.
Edgar MWe did not see a U-Haul sign to drop the truck off we had issues locating the drop off location we had to park the U-Haul at at store nearby, and drive to I think it was it clothing store location and ask where do we park the U-Haul they told us and we dropped the keys off. Very interesting journey
Natasha MAbsolutely do not recommend. No signage as to where to park the truck. The location is impossible to find. No one answers the phone and the voicemail is full. It's in a terrible part of town. The person we interacted with was helpful however, we did not have any idea whether he was with U-Haul or not. Very unprofessional space, location and atmosphere.
LISA MMy issue is that I had to redo my drop off destination to another state. I was charged for 4 days and only needed it 3 day. I hoping that a portion of the amount paid will return ony card and I will ne able to see it.

Roberto EThe location was hard to locate and I had to travel to three different location to find the drop off. The young lady at the hair salon was helpful which ended up being the place to leave the keys.

Luis PI was talking to the ostensible owner/manager on the phone when some guy who was standing out front with a cigarette said he'd get me a trailer. The lady on the phone confirmed. The guy didn't hook it up right or tighten it down and it popped off the ball hitch about a half mile down the road, ultimately doing damage to the electrical system of my vehicle.
William THad to go to 4 different locations and have roadside assistance to get set up. Had to purchase two electric converters because the first one was flawed. Thank goodness for the girl from customer assistance who finally got this figured out. It took all day to pick up this trailer.

Audrey KI dropped off later in the evening and the gentleman present informed me he couldn’t give me the receipt I expected yet the owner of the business went the extra mile and checked in my vehicle after hours from her home and immediately sent me an email for confirmation. I will use this location in the future.
edith sSome better signage, Actually having the dealer there instead of talking through one of the barbers, while they talk to her on the phone. Actually have a the dealer answer the phone, I tried to call to extend my rental about 10 times within posted hours of operations and never could get through. Just all in all a terrible experience. when I went to drop the trailer off during the posted hours there was nobody to do a proper drop off. Very disappointed, with the complete lack of customer service.

tina mNo proper signage directing customers to the Office. Office is ran out of a Barber Shop. U-haul equipment is across a street and to the back of another building. Even after asking people on the streets and business around, I found out that there was no one present who can help me with my online order. For this reason I was late to my pickup and was charged an additional 75.00 in storage fees.
CALEB SThe place is a barber shop, and its name does not show in the GPS database. There is not a uhaul sign anywhere. They did NOT answer the posted phone number, despite multiple calls. It took me 30 minutes to ask around and find out, from neighboring businesses that the barbershop is where they deal with uhaul. If I had been close to my deadline, this delay could have cost me an extra day penalty. The person in the shop was trying to help but was untrained for this work. Someone over the phone took the information and filled out my ticket in the system, and I am not credited for unused miles or the deposit. I wouldn't recommend this location for thanks or returns.

Ana OPoor customer service trailer light wire's didn't reach the plug had to buy wire extension they didn't hook up trailer had to do it on my own the only thing it has going is that its open till 9pm if you call they won't answer so it's best to show
MONICA RI went at 8:45 Saturday night and when we checked the fuel level it has 3/8 of the tank. I told the manager there at the store and he said he cant do anything about it. I had to pay the extra 5 gallons of fuel when it didnt have it. It also was dirty in back and there was cigarette buds inside the vehicle and it smelled like smoke. Personnel there was very rude when I dropped off and got upset when I took a picture of the back. Wont ever return here even if it was free. Disappointed with service with Uhaul. Will let my aquaintenaces know about my experience.
viviana mIn a salon and person did not help. I turned the truck in 4 hours ahead of schedule but it was not turned in till the next day. I was charged an extra 50 dollars and could not reach anyone there so trying other means to get my money back. I learned my lesson.
jodi aThis was a very disappointing pick up experience. The representative was not even at the storefront when we arrived so we had to handle final arrangements by phone which took 30 additional minutes. Then the equipment was very dirty (we were offered a $50 refund) and we were not given the furniture pads. I would not recommend this location.
Nicholas KThe designated lady was absent. The barber arrived late and had to call for instructions on which truck to release for my trip. I did not receive a copy of the full paperwork on the truck.
freddrick oNeed in house customer service,was on the phone with uhaul person she couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear her,she had kids in the back ground she asked for my credit card about 6 times because she kept putting in the wrong number.I repeated to her several times I needed a one way from town to town that would be 90 miles but she put the wrong information so when I got to the drop off spot I was charged double
