Stood out in cold for 30-45 minuteS due the lock box lock lever was difficult to compress which prompted several calls to customer service...finally getting it to open after pressing so hard bruised my thumb. Site should make sure locks function properly

jannette bVery easy to drop off. As we dropped off on Sunday there was nobody there. But we already knew that from the rental process. There was an area identified to drop the trailer and 4x4 wood to use as a chock sitting right there. Got an email the next day acknowledging the drop off. Very easy.

Victoria HThey actually had a mobile jack stand so we didn’t have to manually lift the tongue off our hitch. That would have been a nice feature to have on the trailers.
Jeff MChose to opt out of the Safe Move coverage for the 20’ moving van and auto transport, but once on the road we noticed we were charged. Disappointed about that part.

EDWARD FOnce truck was ordered, from your Ballwin location reservation went to a non-existent location on St Charles Rock Rd to a location in Lake St Louis and from there to New Baden IL. which is 52 mies from my home. Three hours to pick-up truck is unreasonable to me?? Thankfully the equipment was good , New Baden store great and turn in Knoxville also great. Seems as though reservations could stand some updating!!
