U haul called and changed my drop off location and we had numerous issues doing that. First issue, my original drop off was right across the street from the hotel we stayed in, that’s why I chose it. Second the new location didn’t even open up at 9:00 so it was impossible to meet my scheduled drop off time. Third it was about 4 miles away so instead of using the hotel shuttle to get to the airport after I had to pay $15.00 for an Uber. Fourth, because the location didn’t open at 9:00 and no one answered the phone when I called I was charged an extra day, for your convenience by changing my preference on drop off location. Lastly I expect a refund of both the extra day I was charged and reimbursement of the extra expenses, $15.00, I would not have had to spend if I could have dropped off at my originally requested location.

This location doesn't like you to leave your car there if you're using the rental for the day. I had to turn in my rental early because I was afraid they were going to tow my car. That's not practical if you are a person on your own.

The check in process was terrible. Spent about 45 minutes trying to turn in my equipment after hours. Would not recommend to a friend

This uhaul location still has not sent a bill, this is a school district and I have to have all records
