Is to make sure that they give them a van with a good working door. To make it more easier for them to get in and out the door and to make sure when they get the van how to show them how the van work in the back part of the door of the van so that that their things don't fall out.because the one I got was not working very well and they didn't show me how the door works in the back. ESTEBAN CPoor communication and bad management. Drop off instructions were not clear. We spend sometime to drop the vehicle. Customer service on the phone wasn’t helpful at all. We got stuck in the premises and asked favor to people to get off. Management didn’t dear to call us.

Ryan HYou people are thief’s I brought the truck back with a hair under a quarter of a tank when I lef it had only a quarter of a tank and my bill only to find out about it on an email went up from 83.00 to 135.00 I will never use U-haul again . $30 for someone to put gas in it and $18.00 for gas this is a fuckin ripoff.

Lukas WUhaul truck was very outdated and unsafe. The lock was partially broken, so it took forever to lock the back of the truck whenever it was opened. I felt like it was dangerous to even drive the truck on the road. It was very old and beat up and made too much noise. There were no safety features whatsoever, such as a backup camera to help when backing up such a large truck. Also, even after booking online ahead of time, it ook a little longer than an hour to check in instore to obtain the truck.

Peter KI returned the van full of gas but I was charged $65 for half a tank. The van was given to me 7/8 full, so the gas I was charged doesn’t even square to the mileage used on the vehicle. The associate tried to tell me that I was wrong . It was only when I kept asking them to check that they did - and said I was right, but no apology was given. I haven’t been sent a revised bill - as I should be straight away

Gabriel GI don't think there's anything else to improve for any customer. The service is beyond excellent and the rates are great!!! The guys that took care of me where very professional. I really look forward to continue doing business here or any uhaul center.

Kedesha AI originally scheduled to pick up a truck rental for 1pm on Saturday October 8, 2022 at this location. However, later in the week, I was informed by phone/voicemail that the pick up location changed due to overbooking and that I would have to pick it up at another location. I was also told I would be refunded $50 to my account for the inconvenience, which has not been applied. When I arrived at the other location to pick up the truck rental at 1pm, I was told that the truck wasn't there and hasn't been returned. So I had to go back and reschedule for the next day at 3pm, and I was still charged the full amount. Frustrating.

Brayan BI had some problem with the app when picking up a vehicle and had to go inside to get assistance. The gentleman there, sorry I just can’t remember his name, was very helpful and responsive. I believe he was the only one working there all day. Thank you

David RThe Sales Rep had me approve the mileage and photos without seeing the truck and explaining the process he had me state that there was a full gas tank but was not I have an actual picture time stamped at 8:02am when I finally got in the truck that proves the where the gas was. When we went to Return the truck there was a different sales rep and explained that we returned the rental with the same amount of gas that was given to me and still got charged a gas fee Sales Rep said that there was nothing they can do for me. I will never rent from this location again.

AMGAD GWhen I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, the office was locked and no one was visible inside. After waiting a while I called their number and the agent sent a message to them. Soon after, a person appeared and checked me out without issue. I was in a tight schedule and this didn’t help. Office should have been open or at least a doorbell or some other way of reaching the attendant.

What you can improve is the amount you charge for milage($1.99) is ridiculous especially given the high inflation living we are in, this is truly a negative turn off if you want more customers to rent and for the amount I paid, I should have gotten a dolly/hand truck with my rental. In the past, when I rented trucks from Uhaul, it came with one dolly and one hand truck, it was annotated on the contract agreement with the customer and had to be returned with all equipment if not you were charged period, now you are nickel and diving the customers.
