Tell your employees to be on time at work! Went there to pick up a vehicle at 10 am which is also store opening time. Somebody walked in at 10.17. I chose that pick up time for a reason.

EDUARDO QPick up was easy and vehicle was clean (and seemed almost brand new). I even forgot a personal item in the car and they were very accommodating in helping me recover it. Compared to other locations, I can’t recommend Access Self Storage enough!

WISAM KMy experience with U-Haul at the Clifton location had its challenges at first, but overall, it turned out well. Initially, the process felt a bit unorganized, which made things confusing and gave me some doubts about how the rest of the rental would go. However, the customer service on the backend turned out to be very responsive and helpful. They assisted in clearing up any issues I had and really worked to make things right. The standout in my experience was the field manager, Justin, at the Clifton location. He was incredibly understanding and fair, taking time to listen to my concerns and make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I truly appreciated his commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience. Despite the initial hiccups, I feel confident returning to this location for future rentals. Thanks to the dedicated support from both the customer service team and Justin, my faith in U-Haul has been restored!

EAU TEven I brought the truck clean this location charged cleaning fee for $25. They could not prove with the pictures of their statement that I brought the truck dirty. Please be aware that this Access Self Storage Clifton Uhaul puts FAKE charges on your bill

Kemal GThe self service option did not prove to be as convenient as I thought it would be. I ended up having to go in to the office location for assistance checking in because my verification could not be completed. The entire process took much longer than it would have if I had arranged for pick up at the office instead. The next time I need to rent a truck I'll utilize traditional pick-up and check in instead of the self service option.

Carlos Mfor some reason i experienced a issue using Uhaul app to pickup vehicle. issue was about GPS location . my phone location was on alltne time in settings and app permissions too. but when i use webrowser and logged in there everything when well with picking up vehicle.

To make it more easier for them to get in and out the door and to make sure when they get the van how to show them how the van work in the back part of the door of the van so that that their things don't fall out.because the one I got was not working very well and they didn't show me how the door works in the back. ESTEBAN CPoor communication and bad management. Drop off instructions were not clear. We spend sometime to drop the vehicle. Customer service on the phone wasn’t helpful at all. We got stuck in the premises and asked favor to people to get off. Management didn’t dear to call us.

Ryan HYou people are thief’s I brought the truck back with a hair under a quarter of a tank when I lef it had only a quarter of a tank and my bill only to find out about it on an email went up from 83.00 to 135.00 I will never use U-haul again . $30 for someone to put gas in it and $18.00 for gas this is a fuckin ripoff.

Lukas WUhaul truck was very outdated and unsafe. The lock was partially broken, so it took forever to lock the back of the truck whenever it was opened. I felt like it was dangerous to even drive the truck on the road. It was very old and beat up and made too much noise. There were no safety features whatsoever, such as a backup camera to help when backing up such a large truck. Also, even after booking online ahead of time, it ook a little longer than an hour to check in instore to obtain the truck.
