I wanted to pick up the car at 7:00 a.m. in the morning I went there by 7:04 and then when I open the app and started you know doing the necessary processes. When I went to get the keys the key lock wasn't working. I was standing there for like more than I don't know. 40 minutes before anything happened. I took 40 minutes from me to pick up that truck. I was shivering it was below 30° f. I thought it will be fast but it wasn't. The pickup was the worst. I love U-Haul but this time the pickup was the worst.

ROSEANNE EOne hr into my 5 hr trip the tire pressure warning light came on. I had to pull into a rest area and find someone to help me figure out what was wrong. All 4 tires were low in air. Added 45 minutes to my trip. My sister was following in my car with my 90-yr old mother who had just gotten out of the hospital, and we were moving her to a rehab facility closer to where I live. It made an already long trip for her that much longer.
GAIL TManager on duty did not seem to be familiar with Uhaul program on computer and was cursing and arguing with me about how to return vehicle.
