I booked the vehicle for 24hours but aimed for four but the place was never open on Saturday or after the time I’d finished using and nobody me tokens out of hours payment I also didn’t request insurance and I cancelled the equipment minus the dolly. I was quoted a fraction of this number and in addition I returned the gas 3/4 full and took it out half full 0@3-/3 correct thus removing the insurance and the charges beyond the tax for the 19.95 + the dolly I already called the office and was promised a call back within an hour and nobody has contacted me all week and I’ve been distracted as my son was in hospital this week so I’m following up now but please fix this as it’s three times what I expect to pay and respectfully I could have had two dudes and truck do the job in three hours without lifting a finger check group never would have boooed this.
