The representative was not helpful. It took him over 10 minutes just to unlock the truck roll up door. After going back and forwarded on who's job is it to check the truck out. He finally did . When I came back to return the truck. That same representative alone with is his other coworkers continued working on screen measurements and cutting until I had to ask them for assistance. The representative told me that I will have to check the truck in myself and if he were to help me,he would have to charge me. I left feeling frustrated, ignored and embarrassed. I called the uhaul customer service line and the representative there was very kind and helpful. I have been a faithful customer of uhaul for many years and when I tell you that this location is the worst, believe me. I promise you I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS NEBRASKA AVE LOCATION EVER AGAIN....RACIST VIBES.
