Initially, I reserved this truck at another nearby gas station. I went there and the cashier did not work with me for 30+ minutes. I instead went to this place and requested the gentleman there to help me switch the reservation to here. He called U-Haul and got my reservation changed. He was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend this place.Saad M.

The place was closed at the time of drop off. Lots of cars in the lot. Place was clean but not very inviting.BRADLEY Z.
I would recommend spraying g each truck's cab with a deodorizer after each drop-off, as our truck had a smell of body odor. Otherwise, everything was a great experience. Scott, the agent. at the pick-up location provided wonderful service. Thank you!SCOTT Z.

This was a self pickup location and dolly was missing. It took me around 45 mins to reach the call center and Inform, appreciate if its easier to know where dolly is placed or notified if not available.Prashant Chaitan R.

Be clear that the mobile phone used to secure the reservation has to be the one used for the rental. We wasted and entire evening after our location was switched to one 30 minutes away because that was never stated in two different phone calls with reps.Anthony C.
