I paid extra for an appliance dolly, which was not provided and I was charged for anyway. There was nobody to talk to in person. The Armenians inside the window tint place wouldn't help at all the just said "use the app bro" and that was it. I'll never use this location again. terrible.

Debbie LThe instructions were not clear, the app is a mess. I couldn't upload photos. The parking situation was less then explicit, and the other business on property yelled at me for parking in a spot by the U-Haul sign.
