My reservation was mixed up by ACE hardware, which put me behind. My explanation from the cashier was verbatim "They moved it down". I kindly asked what that was supposed to mean and the cashier didn't answer my question. The uhaul truck had cereal and debris on the passenger side floor and a fancy vanilla Christmas tree air fresher on the front dash. There was also some sticky gunk on the steering wheel that smelled like ketchup. I wish I was making this up... Overall, the truck ran fine and it served its purpose, which was the most important part. Thank you.

My local ace has great people they were amazing to deal with. Seems to me like the information and the online documentation seems to be a little bit difficult for the consumer and the store employee. The process seems to me to be to complex.
