I went to this location prior to even picking up the U-Haul to ask about how returns are made. They said I could return after-hours by dropping off the key in a lock box. I did this the day of the return, but they didn't inform me that I had to download the U-Haul app and do something there as well. Luckily, I went into the location the day after returning the U-Haul, and was informed that there was more to the process. I completed what was asked of me then and there, and was told everything was set and I'd get an email. Hours later and I still didn't get the email. I called back to find they checked in a different person with the information I gave? The manager seemed to figure it out, and I wasn't charged extra, but the staff didn't seem to know what was going on.
