drop off lot..key box for late hrs....easy peasy
BRUCE BPoor connection and dirty interior, poor knowledge of system
Mark BIt took a very long time to get the car dolly. the guy helping me didn’t seem to know what he was doing and kept calling for help. After 30 min of him messing around with the computer, we were finally able to get the dolly… the dolly itself was fine.. but the chains and straps were crap. Chain was old and straps were frayed and worn out. About 200 miles out of town, a chain snapped. I had to pull into the loves truck stop in Onterio, Oregon and call for roadside service. A very nice gentleman came out and replaced the chain.. he then, said “that strap is old and needs to be replaced” so he went to his truck and put on a new strap. It literally took him 5 min to replace the Chain and strap… why couldn’t this have been done by the place I picked it up?
Peter MFIghting about the location Burley/Rupert and rerouting us so we missed the 5pm closing was uncool. $160 for a hotel.
Myleen MThe check-in process is always very long and annoying. The trailer had a shingle and two nails in it. Not that bad. The check in process was very annoying though. It took 25 minutes of standing at the counter while the employee clicked his mouse.
Isaac TMoved my things to a storage really close from my place did two trips and uhaul charge me for over 57 miles when my place is only like 3 miles they need to do a better way of recording information. It is not right that a costomer has to pay for things they didnt do or even damages from previous customers maybe take pictures or record i know ill be doing that next time. Pretty upset about it….
Stella PAce Hardware in Burley has their systems buttoned down better. I went to Rupert because they had what I needed when I needed. When I went in, there was apparently a lack of training as to the "U-Haul" process as well as the computer and phone used for U-Haul purposes were not working properly. I had to remind the attendant to take a picture of the hitch set-up. I was also annoyed that the self- return process did not work like it normally does for trailers.

Hector AYour truck had drugs in the glove box when I picked it up delaying me an hour as I had to wait on the police. Your truck had no gas in it and it was marked at a quarter tank. Your truck ran terribly and rattled when running also the check engine light was on the whole time, so all in all it could've been a much better experience.
CHERRI EIt was weird that you charge a full day for the dolly to be rented for just 8 hours (until the store closing time on the day it was rented). It seems to make more sense to charge a day rate for a full 24 hours. I was charged for three days when I actually had it for less than 48 hours. It seems like a strange way to set up the billing.

Sherry ODid not discuss options and tell us about being stuck in the highest rates ever. Should have been more upfront. Not happy at all. We have rented from U'Haul before, but this is probably the last time. Bummer experiencing.

Daneil PI have absolutely no complaints about my experience with renting a trailer from U Haul. The Rupert Idaho staff at Ace Hardware were a pleasure to deal with and made it very easy. Same goes for the people in Elkhart Indiana when I returned the trailer. Never had a single problem with the trailer or either staff. And very happy with the price.

Terry MActually help the customer take dolly out to the truck and move the truck closer than a block away, plow the 12 inches of snow around the trucks so the trucks can get out instead spinning tires and burning a eighth of a tank of fuel trying to get out of that joke of a parking lot!
Jeffery PPlease make sure all systems function before renting them out. Window washing is a minor automotive system — until it doesn’t work right. The passenger side sprayed and cleaned and I tried to move to a more central position on the bench seat.

ALAN RWhen I received the truck I did notice it didn’t have a dolly. It was ok cause I didn’t need it anyways.
Eric SThe customer service we received was beyond horrible. You should be embarrassed as a company by how your employees in your call center treat people. Will never use uhaul or recommend to anyone ever. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
CHRISTOPHER CA suggestion would be only for the trailer itself. I would add rings in all four top corners to allow straps to be placed cross wise for stability and secure transport.

Lisa DThe employee did not have their phone that day, and the Check in process requires the Uhal app. Also, they made me back the trailer when i returned it, instead of them backing it for me. I was not happy about that.

rod aThe uhaul was dirty and it had damages that we were concerned about and he said I don't know we got it like that. We wanted them to at least write that we received it damaged and dirty and they refused. Also they messed up our drop off location.
VIOLET RHad to wait on truck because their was only one person who could process the rental was out to lunch.
