Well first off, I wanted to bring my “bus” to the location, it was ok at first but when I told her what I want to do with it I was denied a spot, i I never got to store anything, all I wanted to do was find a spot close to my home

I parked a boat here. Was in the shade afternoons. Price was very fair. Laurie the manager was very easy to work with. Prompt communications and very accommodating.

This was a very pleasant experience renting the storage unit, this was my first time in doing so. Lori was very very helpful and pleasant to talk with. I plan on renting again in the near future from Ace Super Storage and looking forward in seeing Lori once again, John DuPont

Your staff is great. The only issue I had with the place was the position of the key pad to enter. It needs and extension of maybe 6 inch so it is closedr to road so one wouldn't need to either get out to punch in numbers or drive off payment to reach it.

Staff were always great. Current lady Laurie was always helpful. I moved out because it became too expensive and the rapid surprise rate increases made the service unreliable. While costs do increase and business is business, I had an original agreement that if I paid a full year in advance my rate would remain constant. Ace chose to ignore that agreement and began a process of monthly increases. Aside from the cost I was not impressed with the lack of commitment to a long term customer who, had things been different would have stayed for another 10 years. Anyway, hopefully these comments are helpful to you and the employees who rely on your success.

You can use some asphalt in the roadways. If I were to bring in a sports car, the dips & pot holes would certainly cause damage. Otherwise everything is fine & the staff is so accommodating & nice to deal with.

Very run down buildings. Needs updating. Doors are difficult to open and close. Items inside unit were always covered with dirt. Gate was broke down regularly and was open various times day and night.

I've used this facility off and on for over twenty years and even worked there for a few years. It's near where I live and was very convenient for me. There have been rent increases before but never on the scale like the present. You raised my rent four times in two years, unheard of in the past. So I moved out plain and simple. I think the owner is just being greedy. Not fair to the tenants. I would like to suggest that you use some of that money to fix the flooding that occurs every summer.

Staff is wonderful- Laura is the best thing about Ace. She is professional, friendly and helpful. I noticed a lot of metal shavings on the driveways- worries me about tire damage Other then that the place seems to get a little better every year

This facility works well for me. It may not for others. A small site with not much space, so I would be reluctant to recommend the friends because they might take my spot.

Old metal buildings. I had large garage size end unit but due to end set up I couldn't pull or park anything more than a motorcycle. Bad infestation of critters, tried plugging holes but they still got in. When I cleared out I left before end of month and was told no prorated refund. Places I've dealt with before did refunds. I found that out after I made sure it was cleaned out WAY better than when I got it. Overall, I'd look elsewhere. And I did try to resolve issues before leaving this feedback

This storage was awesome and we'll secure and I recommend people to use that storage cuz it was really great and awesome and it was really clean.
