#Uhaul I can't imagine a customer trusting any reservation they make with you, because in fact it's NOT a reservation but a call back to inform said customer of your nearest truck. #notareservation I can't imagine any customer trusting you'll actually have the truck size they rented without being offered a truck much too large at 4x the cost. #upsetting I can't imagine any customer trusting a Uhaul to have a safe truck within 30 miles of where the reservation was made. #unsafeuhaul I can't imagine someone trusting your company to rent a safe truck ever again. #stranded I can't imagine someone trusting the word of a live agent as they offer assistance on the side of a deserted hiway in an Arizona heatwave. #disabledsenior I can't imagine anyone ever trusting that your mileage tracking is accurate after telling a customer that your truck odometer "accidentally added miles" #fraud I can't imagine anyone wanting to put their hard earned money in your trust with an "estimate of miles" if you're going to "accidentally" add 700 miles to someone's odometer. #fraud I can't imagine anyone trusting your website after being directed to your review site only for it to be intimated that I made a mistake trying to find your review page. #afraid No, I can't imagine anyone trusting your company, your customer service agents, or your trucks after the type of experience I've had with your moving company. Very badly done #UHAUL

Al VOne of the MOST CHALLENGING reservations I have ever made with Uhaul. While it all turned out just fine, my original reservation was set for pickup on Saturday (2/22/25) at one location. Received a call 2 days before pick up to inform me that the trailer I rented is "missing" and no other trailer that size was available for pick up on Saturday. The only other option was to pick it up a couple miles away at another location, and NOT on Saturday as that location is closed on weekends. Alternate arrangements needed to be made to have someone pick it up for me. Then when they arrived to pick it up on Friday (2/21/25), the location had 2 trailers reserved for me (different sizes) and the drop off location totally wrong. We got it figured out, and as I said, all when just fine. But BOY was it an ordeal to get this trailer.
Teri WAngelica has been nothing short of amazing to work with! She is very communicative, and obviously knows her job and the operation of the business. I would give her a 5 star rating on customer service and care. She has gone above and beyond my expectations on numerous occasions and has gone out of her way to make our rental experiences great. I would seriously think about giving her a merit increase as you do not find many people like her in the world who take such time to provide such outstanding all around service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Angelica!

The dealer in Parker told me that they would have a Dolly there as I arranged for one almost two weeks in advanced I realize things get crazy in Arizona thus time of year but with advanced notice they should have what the customer wants when requested

CELECIA WI reserved a truck at one location and your system moved my reservation to different location further away it added cost and time I could not spare. I don’t understand why you would rent the truck from under us when we had a reservation, a truck was at location we wanted and there was no other reservations for the truck.. we are a local nonprofit that use your services twice a month.

Eric LI had problems on my one-way trip with the fuel gauge, no matter how many gallons I put in the truck the gauge would not go above 1/4 of a tank. Since I was driving over 100 miles, I used the dashboard reader showing me how many miles I had left prior to being empty. I filled up the truck aprox 4 miles away from the pickup address and the gas tank would only take 14 gallons I was unable to put anymore in. The gas gauge continued to read 1/4 full. During my journey the dashboard reader said the tank would be empty in 40 miles, so I stopped once again to put fuel in the truck. This time it only let me put in 9 gallons of gas and every time I tried putting more fuel in the nozzle would click as if it were full. When I started the truck the fuel gauge again only read 1/4 of a tank. I was not upset or bothered thinking no one had reported this until I reported it to Ace Towing and Recovery. There were two employees in the office the female was pleasant even though she was breast feeding her 4-year-old at her desk while we were talking, the gentleman was extremely rude told me that there was no issue with the fuel tank because he just put 5 gallons of gas in "Which he charged me for plus an additional $30 convenance fee! When I asked him why the fuel gage never moved past 1/4 of a tank, he said it is a big tank and you did not put enough in. I told him that was impossible and informed him of the two times I had to put gas in going one way. He said Well I can keep putting in more gas and charge you for it to prove my point. This man was horrible after his disrespectful comments to me I told him I was going to write a letter to the Corp office. he responded with go ahead I have you on camera! Not once did he apologize for the problems I had and even looked at his coworker and said great now we will have to pay to repair the truck. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BUSINESS we misplaced a set of keys and when my husband called the office to see if they were left in the truck the man was heard yelling "Tell him to call back." I have never been treated so poorly by any representative from UHaul and I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with this man.
