Scheduling moved me to this location, but I had to go to the original location to pick up mattress covers I also bought. The truck was clean and ready to go, but there was noone who handled UHauls there when I came for the truck. Someone was there who did her best to help. Eventually, she called uhaul and I was able to sign out the truck online.

Our equipment was reserved for 4:30pm, and it was not ready until 6:15pm. The steering wheel was not good, and the heat barely worked on Defroster. There was garbage left behind from the previous renters.

The whole neighborhood is a cellular dead zone, so I couldn’t complete the mobile return either since he didn’t give me my return contract to fill out.
