The first location I went to in kingman had given my trailer to another customer even though I had a reservation and had driven from Las Vegas to pick it up. The Arc location saved my move.Chris C.

Train your rep! She and her daughter repeated what time to return the truck to only be charged for two days, then instead of the 3pm return THEY both said she put 7am o n the paperwork. When she called me after traffic rep assigned to her she told me to pi k up truck that night since they were closed Sunday for return. When I went in to discuss today she totally denied saying it, couldn't pull up on computer, then said it was on traffic rep and corporate to talk to me. !!! No responsibility at all!JOANNE L.

Got there at my scheduled time, had to wait quite awhile for the office lady to help the garage people, answer phones, etc before she got to me. She asked of I wanted insurance and was quoted $69. I accepted. She asked me all the same questions that were asked when I reserved, she was unable to locate the drop off location I selected. Finally found it. Finished and she gave me the keys and paperwork and let me on my way. No explain of the truck, paperwork, signature, nothing So I got.out to the truck to figure it out and the paperwork had a completely different city for my drop off the vehicle at, that was closer to the pick up location so my mileage was cut short. I went back in and asked her to correct it to the drop off city I selected and she said she wasnt able to help me, that I had to call the 800 number and have them fix the drop off. Also, the insurance amount quoted was half of what I was charged. The fee was doubled. There was also no blankets tbat I had ordered and paid for. I had to drive down the road and park the truck and call the incorrect drop off location and have them correct it. The gentleman I spoke with said she should have been able.to do it, and he was able to with no problem. He was very helpful and friendly. I did the best to use my household blankets to buffer my furniture, some.of them now have holes due to friction. So now I have to go purchase my house bkankets to replace the ones that were ruined due to not having the uhaul ones available.KELLIE T.

When I picked up the truck I just clicked it was clean to get going - your new system isn't exactly quick. Then I opened the back - dirty socks, leaves, dirt, chunks of wood, a phone charger and a thank you note from the place where they rented the truck.Phillip B.

Inform customer that if they return the truck after the agreed time , they would be charged an extra Day. I was not informed and was charged, $55.00 more for a $29.00 per day rental, I returned the truck 45 minutes past the hour.Lino G.
