This location needs more parking. Very crowded situation. No one is on site to direct where to park the truck.

There was no where to park the truck and no one there even though sign said open. I had to park inside the storage facility gated area because the was no signage where to park since front of storage was full.

Didn't wind the chains. They both broke halfway. Had to get them replaced at the Amarillo Service Center (They did a GREAT job getting me going quickly)

I would recommend the trailers come with jacks attached in case there is an emergency requiring a loaded trailer to unhitch from the vehicle. I also believe the trailers need to be designed to handle speeds greater than 55 mph. Those were sufficient 20 years ago. Now with higher speed limits it has become unsafe to drive that slow.

The owner was beyond sweet and opened on his day off so we could come get the truck and stay on our "moving schedule" He made the process so easy fast we were in and out in no time. Without his kind gesture it would have taken us twice as long to move to Texas.

I reserved the trailed over a week in advance for 9 days, I went to pick it up and the tires were in bad shape. The Uhaul rep there told me that he didn't have another trailer but if I would drive across town 20 miles they would change out the tires or give me a different trailer. I do not feel it is my responsibility to take the trailer to have serviced. It should have been ready and checked out before I got there. I took it across town and explained the situation, I needed the trailer that day! That Uhaul center gave me a complete different trailer in good condition. I called and posted a complaint, was redirected a few times and finally the Rep. from the zone I live in, Kelly I think was his name, called me back. He apologized and said he would look into it. He offered to reduce my daily rate by $4.00 per day. However when I was billed, they discount was not applied. Not real happy with the experience. ACT Storage's U haul rep is terrible and is not concerned about the customer.

When they say New Sapulpa Rd. Give highway no. With it. When he did we found it imediately. Our daughter lived there. She only knew highway 66 Sapulpa.

We want to say a great big thank you to everyone we dealt with pertaining to our renting a uhaul truck, because they were all SO PLEASANT to work with, & even went above & beyond to help us make our moving experience easier!! We couldn't have been more pleased by the excellent level of service that we received!! We would definitely use uhaul again in the future & would most assuredly recommend uhaul to our friends & family!!:)

Keep your reservation as promised. I rented a truck from a location close to where I was moving from. Received a call from uhaul the morning I had reservations to pick up the truck. Was told the truck I had reserved was not going to be returned in time and would need to pick up a truck from another location. This location was quite a bit further away from the original reserved location.

went to pick up rental and buisness was closed. dealer left note on door with phone number, called it was told he would be back in 10mins ended up waiting 30. rental was fine just very unprofessioonal.

I called the local uhaul number to get instructions on where to drop off the truck and trailer. After arriving at this location, I went into the office and found that no one was present, but the office was unlocked and the gate was open. I walked along the front of the premisses of the storage facility to see if any staff was present. There were many boxes and trash laying along the sides and back of the storage buildings. I didn't see anyone and went back to the office, which was still vacant, and stunk of cigarette smoke. I called the number on the billboard for the storage/uhaul facility and got a voice mailbox. I then called the uhaul number back and informed them that no one was present. I was instructed to leave the keys and a copy of the paperwork, which I did. I parked the truck along the side of the storage building, infront of another uhaul truck and left.

When I placed the order on line I requested a different location for pickup. When the person called me to confirm the pickup it was never mentioned this was a different location, therefore, I waited at the original location for over 30 minutes before speaking with someone who advised the pickup was at a different location. This should have been provided to me at the time of confirmation.

It was an overall bad experience. I waited for more than an hour for a trailer because of a couple who were renting before us. Wasn't the reason I reserved online was to avoid waiting? They tried paying in cash, but the office had no change, they didn't know license plate numbers, etc. The representative was very nice and apologetic, but wasn't the normal clerk. He was helping out while the owner went to see family. It also happened when I dropped off my trailer. It was another person who wasn't very skilled "helping out" the owner. Does Uhaul pay these people in pennies to where they can't afford competent, paid help?
