App did not work on pick up or drop off, was an hour late getting van and drop off was worse. Had to wait till 9 Am till location open, so they could complete pick up.

LARRY WI originally booked a different pickup at Stratford Quality Inn. The pickup location changed without notice to me. So I had to drive to this location to get the truck which was unfortunate. When using the app after selecting my contacts (and verifying details the app kicked me out and I couldn't complete the pickup. Thankfully there was an attendant on site to help me. Also the equipment I rented wasn't in the truck and the attendant helped me. Also the app would be much more useful if we imputed more details up front

Brian KA bit out of the way, off my planned route, but was happy that U-Haul has enough choice of locations that they were able to find one within reason with the equipment I needed. Added enough extra miles to cover the difference, so it cost a bit more time and gas, but move was a success. A small counter in another business, a few trucks in the lot. The fellow I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful, the equipment and paperwork were waiting for me, and the rental was done quickly and accurately. No complaints. Other than how U-Haul always offers extras like furniture pads, I add them, and then the location doesn't have them. It's okay not to have them, but if you said on the order update they weren't there I could perhaps make other arrangements. No charge for them, so less than the original quote, but no protection for the furniture either. Absolutely not a knock on the location, just a small complaint about how you handle that part of the business.

TONY SThe issue was not with this location, but U-Haul in general. I’d booked a 15 foot truck and was told the night before pickup (when I called this location to confirm the rental) that this location does not allow 15 foot trucks on one-way trips. A 20 foot truck was substituted instead. This was on U-Haul. Why would they tell me I could rent a truck that was never available? Anyway, the service in St Marys was great.

Robert POnly thing I would suggest is your team needs to check the tires on the trailers more closely. Although I made my trip (1,200 kms.) I discovered my trailer had a bald spot on the tires with the wires sticking out on the radials. But I made it safely, so everything went OK. Thanks Neil Anderson
Neil AMake sure the place is open when booking. I made my reservation for 8am and showed up to find the place closed. My ride has already left and I had to wait an hour to pickup. Then the payment I used to booked wasn’t allowed to be used in the location. Thankfully I had family to call to cover it. I was starting to panic as I booked with the card and then wasn’t allowed to use to pay. The gentleman at the location was great and did what he could. Definitely need to do some backend work and make sure times are correct and payment can be taken at location.

greg mThis location is great for this small town. I used to have to go out of town which was inconvenient so I am happy U-Haul has joined us. I do think the vehicle was a little dirty, it could have been swept out a bit. Other than that I have no complaints.

Heidi VKate was great processing my rental, though it would have been nice if it was simplified in terms of processing the payment. Since I reserved with my credit card, it should be a simple process to confirm I picked up the rental and my credit card charged. Also, this location is great, but has limited inventory. Would be nice if they offered a 4x7 trailer and a pickup truck.

Maxwell WThe folks at Action were very helpful I am so thankful that they are willing to host a U-Haul depot in St Marys. It is a valuable service to the town and I am sure that it is not a huge moneymaker for them but again it is a great service to have in town.
