GLORIA BKristen Friend, with Action RV, was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. She provided a larger moving vehicle at a lower price which helped me out greatly, as I was able to move the entire contents of my storage unit in one trip. Pick up was relatively smooth, as the location of the key box was not clear, but this issue, going forward, could be resolved with a text message. I personally appreciated dealing with her as opposed to the on-line reservation system. My move with Action RV’s support and UHaul was exceptional, and I will use them again for any future moving needs. Thank you.
