I was first greeted with "we don't take enclosed trailers at this location" and finally waited long enough for the store to accept the trailer. Employee seemed very put out and tried every excuse not to take the trailer.

We were assigned this location by Uhaul and told to leave a key if it was after hours. When we arrived after hours there was no key drop but there was a sign on the front door warning uhaul renters against leaving a truck there after hours or pay a $40 fine! In addition there was hardly any space in front to leave the truck. I had to use 4 parking spaces to wedge it in out of traffic. Next time it would help to know this information in advance as well ax be given a choice of drop off locations. Our hotel that week was right next to a Uhaul center!

This location was great!! Amanda pre inspected, hooked up and made sure the lights were working on the trailer prior to doing any paperwork. She also made sure that the chains were crossed underneath. Which most people pulling trailers don't know its the law. I am very happy with the overall experience.

Recorded mileage was way off, destination only 60 miles each way, was carved 92 miles each way. Very disappointed an will not use again if possible. Feel very ripped off

The truck was not here as you promised it would be. Your mistake cost me $150. I was told you would make that right, but everyone says that it is someone else's responsibility to do so. I called a number I was told to call to get it done finally. The man said he would look into it and put me on hold. 15 minutes later I was disconnected. I called back but received a message saying the call center had closed 1 minute prior.

I reserved using the 24/7 program so I could start early. The night before I got a call saying that location did not offer that service so I couldn't pick up until 8:30. I rearranged my movers schedule and went to pick up the truck at 8:30. They, in fact, had it set to at l as a 24/7 rental and couldn't release the truck to me unless I went through the 24/7 process. But, that process wouldn't give me a lock coffee no matter how many hoops I jumped through. Finally, after almost an hour messing around online and on the phone, the friendly lady at the location called her “rep” Anna for special permission to release the vehicle to me. It cost me extra to have movers waiting and then they had to leave before the job was finished because were couldn't start on time as planned. Bad way to start a day, especially given the usual strain that is moving day.

I have rented trucks before..Usually UHaul...This was a completely horrible experience..I was lied to,cheated and treated poorly and un-professionally..Due to the mistakes and dishonesty of your representatives I paid out a LOT more than I should have,lost my time and I doubt if I will ever rent another UHaul....Even after contacting your Customer service people several times I feel I was not treated like a valued customer...Never again....

Made a reservation at another location and they forgot to leave the keys in the box so had to go to this location. Got charged for the increase in mileage even though they said they wouldn't.

I first went in to the Yucaipa location and they had the exact truck I needed the following day. I went in and spoke with clerk (who called his Mother) and he said truck was available. I went online and ordered the truck. I then received a text about 2 hours later stating that truck wasn't available any longer but truck would be on Cherry Valley. When I went it to Cherry Valley to pick up truck at specifies truck, clerk told me that didn't have that truck, she only had a smaller truck. I did pick up smaller truck. Very disappointed with your scheduling process. All clerks were very nice and helpful, but process was flawed. More of a hassle than anything. Not too professional.

Uhaul system is terrible took 45 mins to rent a 10 dollar dolly. I felt like i was be interrogated by the FBI. Should not need to submit alll that info if only renting a dolly. There has to be an easier way.

The new system were I don't know what I am paying until I receive a email is a little disturbing, waiting to see if there are charges that shouldn't be there where I can't debate with a sales rep. , and might have to sit on a phone talking to most likely a computer before speaking to a agent can most times be annoying

To start you should be upfront and tell people that prepaid cards are not accepted. Secondly while it is admirable that you have satellite locations to help serve communities you should really take the time to train these folks!

I was charged too many miles & too much for gas. Need also to be able to have my handyman drive the vehicle. Thanks. They also were requiring me to go back home and get my cell phone to verify my drivers license? Still not entirely sure why that was necessary? The remote interaction was not very functional, especially when there are long holds.
