Hello, I am reaching out because I am very disappointed with the amount I was charged for my recent U-Haul service. Your advertising promotes pricing starting at $19.95, but the final amount I was charged was significantly higher than that. I understand that there may be additional fees, mileage, taxes, and other charges associated with a rental. However, the overall price I was charged was extremely expensive compared with the advertised $19.95 rate, and I feel the pricing was misleading. I have been a U-Haul customer for some time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I have trusted your company for my moving and transportation needs, but this charge has left me questioning the value and transparency of your pricing. I would appreciate it if you could review my rental charges and provide a clear explanation of why the final cost was so much higher than the advertised price. I would also like to know whether any portion of the charges can be refunded or adjusted. I hope U-Haul will take my concern seriously and work with me to resolve this issue fairly. Thank you.

Low air-tire warning light on, vendor said had faulty tire sensor- unfortunately alarm kept loudly beeping! No working air conditioner- houston weather at 95 degrees!
