I picked up the truck on EMPTY

This is not the fault of Adams Auto Care. As I originally had booked my rental from Allentown Aubuchon. I ordered a 26' truck - I was called 2 days before my move (by someone at U-haul) and told that this truck wasn't available, even though I had done my rental agreement the previous week. I had to settle for a 20' truck - which I had to do an extra trip (back & forth) because of a smaller truck. Costing me more money and time. I think if someone reserves a specific size truck - this is what they should get.

Rental truck was new so equipment itself was in great shape. Was supposed to have a dolly as i was moving from NH to NC and that would be a necessity. No dolly. Called UHaul and was told I would have to call back later to speak with someone on a team that handles those issues and was told that I wouldn’t get billed for the dolly. OK $15 dollars off. As I was on a tight timeline I went and bout my own top of the line dolly for $200. I dont and didn’t expect for UHaul to pay for that because there are cheap dolly’s out there but it’s what i needed for the job. Upon finishing my rental i contacted Uhaul and opened up a complaint. Whereas I did get a quick call back from the NH regional rep who stated he will immediately see why this happened. I did get some money taken off the final bill and a voucher towards a future Uhaul use which is nice so Uhaul did make it right but attention to detail is huge especially when a dolly is asked for.
