Offer to do on site rentals again, your online stuff sucks especially for us folks that aren't technically advanced. I'm still having issues just trying to get a final receipt..
DANA SWorkers at Adams service center were extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked if someone could help me and the worker said "I hate Uhaul. You're going to have to figure this out yourself. I don't have time for this shit."

Collier CMilage needs to be adjusted. I was taking the truck to Harbeson, Delaware to unload at my home. Then had to return it 25 miles away from where I live, milage was not taken into consideration for the additional to return it where U-Haul said it had to go. Other than the additional charge the trip was fine.

LINDSEY FMove some of the cars to give more adequate space to get the truck in/out, don't block the only semi clear driveway with personal vehicles, clear brush so large...groundhogs? Some kind of rodent isn't running around, clear old tires/vessels that collect water so it isn't swarming mosquitoes outside. Maybe just park uhauls up front would solve all of this.
ARMANDO BAdam's Service Center did a great job of informing me on all I needed to know to drive and use the UHaul. They were so kind, friendly and helpful. It felt like working with family. They were available for questions and everything went really smoothly. The truck ran well. We were able to move the items quickly and efficiently and return the truck easily. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to others already. I couldn't have had a better experience.
MELODI MI was pleased start to finish with my U-haul rental. My contact person was courteous and kind and very helpful along with answering all the questions that I had to ask. The truck ran great and everything worked well from the door in the back where the loading was done to the ramp that worked smoothly. The truck had plenty of power and the ride was smooth. All of my needs were met and the cost was reasonable compared to if I had to pay someone to do the moving for me. Thank you U-haul. Dale
Dale ENot have it parked where you have to back the truck up a hill, around a building and between cars all at once just to get it out of the parking lot. No assistance from store on this either. Seriously never going there again. Customer service / interaction was horrible as well. Felt very unwelcome there.

Joseph KI needed a pickup. No one had any. I reserved a 10' truck the night before I needed it. When I got to the shop, the guy said there was no reservation in my name. Told him what I needed nothing available but the 10' truck, which I made sure was available. Then he refused to check me out unless I went online & made another reservation because he was too busy. In the 10mins it took me to put in the new reservation for the 10' truck was all of a sudden not available & had to take the 15' truck all he did was stood there chatting with another employee. He also OVER CHARGED ME DOUBLE WHAT I HAD RESERVED FOR INSURANCE, (I choose the $14 plan he charged for the $28 plan) and he charged me for gas even though I filled the gas tank over what it was when it came into my possession. I never had to pay for gas as long as I filled the tank upto or over what it was when I picked it up any other time I rented a Uhaul, so why did I now? It didn't say anything about it that I read when I was putting in the first reservation & read everything. Quite frankly he was quite rude & unprofessional the entire time. Probably because I'm a woman. Well this woman doesn't take kindly to being treated like I don't know what I'm doing, & being over charged. I definitely will never rent from Adam's Service Center again, I may not even rent from Uhaul again.

Joe OStop using this location. Dakota is rude and not helpful. I paid 1400 for a truck and trailer and I felt like I was a huge inconvenience. Computers didn’t work when I picked up the truck. Next day went to pick up the trailer and it was the same issue. Truck was dirty so I had to sweep it and wipe it down before I could use it.
Joe OI am completely satisfied with UHAUL and their customer service!! I only had a headlight that didn’t work and the other one was barely on! High Beams were great but the only time I drove it was at night and The UHAUL Service Team was very cooperative and understanding of how I was given the vehicle with out any witness to check if Truck was leaving in same condition! It was My first UHAUL experience And I would not hesitate to use this Service anytime just be more critical with the picking up and contract part because it didn’t seem important to the location I was at!! Really fun to Drive and easy to handle ????
KIRK WI think it’s important to update the computer system that you use because it doesn’t seem to run smoothly and it was the only issue that we had and it took a long time to enter in the information because it was freezing up and the boxes were not working right the curser would disappear when he was typing and that shouldn’t be happening and it wasn’t anything that he could control.
James AAfter hour drop off. Dark, cold and pouring down rain. Have you ever tried standing in it to take the pictures you request after a day of loading and unloading furniture. Not an experience we intend to repeat. This was the second we used your company in the past six months and both times were a disaster. Will definitely use someone else
Worley RMy order was changed to Adams service center unexpectedly when I arrived at the original location for my pickup. No one notified Adams Service center but they were able to help me anyways and I really appreciated their customer service.
Matthew MThe truck smelled bad. There was a sandwich left in the glove box. The bed of the truck was not clean. I requested a dolly to move appliances but there wasn’t one in the truck.
Tom NWe dropped off after hours and so weren’t able to speak to anybody in person, but the people we spoke to on the phone with her extremely kind and helpful. When they were able to check in the equipment the next day they called us to verify mileage overages before charging us. The charges were accurate and all went smoothly. It’s nice, though unfortunately rare when people are both kind and fair. Adams was both!

Ilya LTruck did NOT have a ramp. First moving truck I have ever rented without a ramp, nor notification when it was rented. Made moving much more arduous.

Amanda JI was told to go to 3different places for this uhaul. My father and fiancé had to drive all over to find this truck. They got the truck and it only had a quarter tank in it. The district manager called me personally and took care of everything that was the greatest part of this whole experience.
Seth WThe problem was not the person, it was stupid computer pgm for check out. It tried to charge me for an extra day. I was to have it for 48 hours and I returned it in about 31 hours. I hope I do not get billed as I will never use Uhaul again and tell all my friends. Also the computer tried to say the hand truck and some of the blankets I returned weren't the right ones. Really? After all the hard work i did to move, do you think I 'd have time to change hand trucks and blankets?? It was so frustrating after a long day. As I said, i fully expect that I will not be billed for something in the computer's error.
