We swept out the truck and cleaned the cab ourselves. The tank was not full and my husband was already driving and I was in another vehicle when the text came in telling us to take a picture of fuel level. Also we brought the vehicle to the uhaul in New Orleans less than 24 hours later, but were still charged the full price of $410.00. Not a happy camper.LOLITA F.
It was clean, but ther was something wrong with the breaks and when the "mechanic" came out he checked the fluid, moved it fwd and backward said o, oh its fine and left! Its NOT fine! The ABS light came on right after we started our trip the brake light came on shortly after that, the brakes sound like they're metal on metal like someone smoked them previously to us renting the truck and just because the light went of when the "mechanic" you sent was here, don't think it didn't come right back on on the way to drop it off in Magnolia! Because I took pictures while I was on my way there yesterday to drop it off! Its always a shit show with you guys! I'm DONE with uhaul!!!Felicity A.

The first truck would not start once I got 20 miles away starting was intermittent. Talked to Uhaul corporate and they said return the truck. Made it back. Since I could not make it pick up my appliances due to the problems with the truck put off till the next day. All they had was a 26'. I was told it was out of gas and the nearest gas was in the opposite direction of where I was going further delay. I was on a tight schedule. Also the truck was dirty items still their from the last move. Also lighter did not work so could not charge my phone. Luckily it had a full charge. Run don't walk away from these guysWayne D.

trailer tire was flat when i picked it up , they aired it up and told me it was just low from the cold.. i drove approx 2 miles and the tire was flat, took it back to dealer and wanted a refund, they charged me for a 24 hour rental , i only had it for 15 minutes with a flat tireDennis S.

Invoice did not reflect the rental estimate cost. The mileage was only two miles over the estimated mileage. The estimated charge was $130. The actual invoice was $285.Keith B.
These people do not understand customer service. They make promises to check the equipment in, then wait until late charges accrue. This outfit does not deserve even the "poor" rating. They are much worse than that.John J.

Dropped off trailer but the person that checks them in was not there. I was told they would send me an email. I dropped it off 1 day early. I never received email and called back a couple of days later and was told they would take care of it. The next day I received call from uHaul wondering where the trailer was. I explained I had dropped it off and had someone sign and date my receipt. I then called the uHaul dealer again and was told the person that did that was not there and they hung up on me. Uhaul corporate called back saying they had the trailer and there was no additional charge to me. This place will never get any more of my business.JACKIE F.
Place was poorly ran, 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting on computer issues even though I filled out the online express check in. Inefficiency and lack of personnel was a huge issue. No sense of urgency. Will never go back to that location.Paul N.

although very polite, the staff there was very inexperienced with even trying to complete a rental agreement without regional management assistance. my main complaint is that I was told to pick up from my local uhaul distributor but they didn't have the truck I agreed to, they "couldn't" rent me an alternative vehicle, and sent me to a place 3 towns away...all the while, I had to refill the fuel, costing me much more than expected....very unorganized in my opinion and not very accommodating for basically wrecking half of my day standing there for almost an hour to complete a simple rental agreement.Billy B.
