The storage place was useless. No help at all I had to keep calling U-Haul for assistance. The lady running the place wants to hide out in the office with the door locked. Horrible customer service.
Teri MI realize the gas consumption of your vehicles is out of your hands due to you not being the manufacturer of the vehicle but maybe you need a new fleet of vehicles because what your given by your customers to rent is only getting between 2 to 4 miles to the gallon of gas. I was lucky and only had driven 9 miles but I don’t know how anyone can afford your rentals when any kind of distance is involved. With gas prices what they are and you charging $1.28 a mile as well on top of the gas. It’s way too much, otherwise it was a good rental experience.

ANTONIO VIt took me an hour to get the code to obtain key to truck. the people there were not helpful until they saw me outside for almost an hour trying to figure it out., Self serve is horrible.

The web was not woking and the customer rep kept blaming my internet connection but I proved that it was not that, that was your web, I had access to all other webpages. Also blamed that the location access in my phone was not activated but that was not true and I proved it. it was a terrible service, it took me 1 hour to pick up and another hour to drop off .... Terrible!!!! who is going to pay for my time????
