When I picked up the truck, it had 1/4 of a gas tank. I spoke to the guy and he said that he would adjust the order so I didn't get charged for nor filling up the tank. I returned the truck with a 1/4 of a gas tank just like what I started with and I got charged for the missing gas. I tried to get a hold of the Adell Uhaul pickup location and now all of a sudden they're "permanently closed". My Uhaul rental doubled in cost because of this.
