The link I was sent at pick up would never open, then when it finally did open it said it was expired so I couldn’t do the pre pickup stuff.

The truck itself was not wiped down on the inside. The cup holders were full of dried, spilled drink, a lot of dirt and while I know it is a rental truck, I do feel it would be better to have these trucks wiped down, especially with all the sickness going around. I took the truck home and sanitized it down and cleaned it up myself, including the windows which were dirty. I did not have the hand truck or the furniture pads that I had requested upon my reservation. How is it that they receive my reservation, but no one calls you to tell you they don't have what you put on your reservation? It is just wild to me. It was my understanding once I arrived, that these items would be there and make my move easier. They were not available for me at all. This is the equivalent to making a reservation at a restaurant and when you arrive there is no food and no table to eat from. In order to make a reservation complete, the items need to be present. Lack thereof is seriously a gross negligence of false advertisement. The dealer stated that once the trucks are taken for repair or upkeep tasks, they always come back with nothing. I find that very interesting that U-Haul sets their dealers up for failure and furthermore sets the customer up for complete failure. I will not be using this company again. U-Haul needs to be held more accountable for this kind of lacking service. The truck I received leaked water and damaged my items. I have photos, videos and documentation. I had to drive through some rain and much to my surprise, when I arrived at my destination, several of my items were damaged from standing water in the middle of the truck. There was also a pool of water in the corner of the U-Haul near the attic. I checked do not recommend because I do not recommend U-Haul to anyone after the run I have had with them this week.

Donald SI am disappointed in returning the trailer which I wasn't aware of U-Haul having a charge fee for parking a trailer where in front of a gate and this U-Haul company that I was with and Flat Rock on Telegraph charge me $15 say because I parked the trailer in the wrong place and I am so disappointed with U-Haul and I'm sad by that action of taking $15 from me and he told me that that was U-Haul that took the $15 so I'm really disappointed and I should have stuck with the Woodhaven U-Haul rental place because then they treated me right and I enjoyed that and I walked away from this one to go to the Flat Rock and I am so disappointed that I was charged $15 because I parked the trailer early 6 hours before it was time to turn it back in never ever will I deal with that place again and I will not recommend it
