The receipt is absolutely horrible. It does not have a total price. Why not make it simple, and like pretty much any other business, and have the bottom line indicate the total price.RICHARDDANIEL D.

It was a bit expensive--you could rent a truck for the same or similar price of $138 and you wouldn't have a governor on the truck or to take pictures of everything when you take it backRobert S.

I didn't get the Dolly I ordered, I was charge for after hours services even though I returned my U-Haul within the time I stated I would return it. Locations lock didn't lock back up after you put the keys in. Nobody knew what was going on at this location with orders. This was a terrible experience, would go to another company way before considering you guys againWilliam D.

Absolutely despicable sanitation standards, especially during COVID-19. Interior was not even close to being cleaned prior to hand over. Still coffee stains in the cup holder! Would have loved to complain more but was already a day late due to the vehicle being damaged before hand and had to get going (and this was the only uhaul in Thunder Bay!). Pretty rattled.Anthony G.

pickup was as advertised expect for having Arizona plates which caused massive amounts of harassment by citizens when driving in town. Also we believe our personal information was compromised and given out without it cause , the location of pickup was easy that's a plus , owner seemed friendly but always to busy with the automotive shop for any U-Haul businessAdam P.
The young fellow that waited on me was very outgoing and helpful, even suggesting that I try the other outlets to get what I needed. In the end I ended coming back to him because of a change in plans and he ended up serving me. A very helpful young man.Daniel W.

Only issue I recommend isn't to the squire street location but to uhaul website IT. Hit a snag trying to self dispatch and the site glitched and didn't send me any text or email to follow. Luckily the guys are this pickup location were patient and helped every step of the way.Timothy B.

Wow, what an experience! The staff at this location was top notch! The manager was hilarious, and quick as a whip. There was also a young man working the desk, very knowledgeable and polite. I am absolutely going back to this location next time I need to rent a uhaul, or need any kind of mechanical expertise or service. Keep up the amazing work guys!Jason H.

I ordered a 10' truck but uHaul tried to give me a 15' one. This was NOT an upgrade as I barely had enough things to fill the smaller truck. At the pick up location they were able to provide a 10' truck but the delays that morning cost me time and money since we cluld not load until 11 am.Nicole E.

The eventual pickup location of A1 advanced one stop service was absolutely exceptional, I will definitely use that particular agent again. Now, that being said, while he worked out something in the end with the area management for us to get our truck for our move, ricks auto sales, definitely needs the uhaul franchise to invest in his establishment to get him updated equipment and software and payment terminals. If the franchisees don't have the correct equipment, how can they be expected to handle all traffic sent their way.Christopher B.

Not 100% A1 Auto's fault but I would not recommend UHaul to anyone. This booking system is terrible. It quotes you for 24 hours online and reverts you to a 4 hour booking... only to find your vehicle wasn't even reserved and it was given away. A1 made it right in the end but in a world where convenience and transparency through online services are a must, UHaul is a decade behind.Ryan N.
I had no issues with the truck. However, I paid for an appliance dolly to help with the move. Not only was it so rusty that it left rust flakes all over the carpet in my new office, but the strap didn't come with the cranky mechanism, rendering the dolly practically useless. Since the venue was closed during the time I rented the vehicle, there was no way for me to remedy any of this.SANDI B.
