The check in @ pick up location was horrible followed the online instructions and 40 mins later I had to call u-haul customer service to get the lock box code it was telling me to go inside to counter but the business is closed on a sat then the representative on phone was not trying to give me the 40 mins of credit for being there mistake that he admitted to me it was there error eventually he did give me the credit will not be doing a pick up like that again
