Two hand trucks were left in the truck. This ate into the space I had topic my own things and ate up one of my straps to secure the dollies so they didn't move around and damage my load. I then needed to lug these heavy dollies into he cab area so they didn't get stolen since I did an after hours pick up. Not Cool!

REBECCA DDid not include a dolly in the truck, which I ended up being charged for. Since the location is closed on Sundays, I couldn’t ask their employees for a replacement. If a rental company is going to promote that they have a dolly available, at least have one.
