I live in Framingham and the local u-haul dealers didn't have this trailer on site. It would've been easier to deal local. I didn't have any issues going to Littleton. The people I dealt with there were helpful and friendly. I had problems hooking the trailer to my truck but was able to solve them. Drop off was a problem too, but I was able to remove trailer from my truck. I will be better prepared to deal with these issues in the future.MARK M.
* Great people to work with at this location. Not related to this location -- * The scheduling team scheduled my drop off 30 minutes away from my prefered location, which I had to call and rearrange to this location. The scheduling teams need to be more aware of the proximity to where the customer lives. I suspect scheduling and part ordering snafus are due to poor internal operations and quality assurance. * Based on my overall experience, you'll need to deal with hiccups and work through them. But the price is right.Philip J.

Owner was fabulous. Took care of me at the start. I liked that. But then when it broke down and took over an hour to fix I was charged an additional day anyway. Kind of sucked it happened then had to fend for myself the next day because I had to release the movers I had.Sara C.

Make sure that the lights work. It was brand new van with 7500 miles on it. The left rear lights were out. I replaced the bulbs and checked the fuses. All good but still nothing. I called road service and it took 6 hours. The guy who came was very inexperienced. I was stuck with a replacement van order. Luckily the Uhaul service center was a school classmate and he fixed it in 10 minutes. What a waste of time.HAIG B.

I rented a 4x7 utility trailer and while it was clean and a nice trailer I wasn't able to use it. It wasn't clear to me that the 4' wide trailer was only 39 to 40 inches wide and not 4ft (48") a waste of my money :(Richard N.

Polite and professional staff. I rented a trailer from this place. They hooked up the trailer to my truck and let me know how to operate it since it was my first tile towing a trailer. I returned the trailer after hours to the parking lot. Will come back again for sure. :)Mehdi Z.

The phone app didn't work. I was on hold for the U-Haul 1-800 number for 25 minutes and still no answer. Can you spell Penske? That's who is starting to take over your business. Getting The UHaul was great, trying to return it was a nightmare. Lost 1/2 day going to places that don't take trailers and waiting for someone to answer the phone.WILLIAM M.

The actual UHaul site was well maintained, but I had several issues and frustrations with the Truck Share Mobile pick up. It was never mentioned what would be required for mobile verification once at the site, which was very stressful and time consuming. I had even called the day before to check on my reservation, and was told I was all set and checked in, not given any tips on what to bring with me. Had I known about the options for the verification step, I would have brought my passport with me. It should also be made very clear that if you choose to list an alternate contact as verification, they will be called on the spot. That was not clear at all and led to a 25 minute wait period. Additionally, it was very difficult to upload a "dispute" photo as I needed to do this since there was a large paint chip on the front of the vehicle I was assigned. Overall, I think there needs to be more communication in regards to mobile pick up instructions as well as more representatives handling the verification of them so the wait time isn't so significant. It took an hour just to pick up my vehicle when I was in a time crunch for a move.Edward G.
