The ratchet straps on the auto transport trailer were rusted and wouldnt loosen. I had to liberally lubricate them in order to safely strap down my car.Jeremy R.

For some reason the cab of the truck was dirty and muddy. The fuel gauge said it was full, but driving the truck less than 10 miles. I refueled it before returning it and put 6.5 gallons of fuel in it so it wasn't full when I picked it up. Would have been ice if it has a hand truck like last time I rented one.Jerry B.

I tried checking in on the app and then tried returning it on the app later that night. My location was not being recognized and I followed your steps to make sure my phone settings were correct but it still would not pick up my location. That was kind of frustrating especially turning it in after hours.Jeff S.

Uhaul needs an alignment. Steering wheel had to be held at an angle the entire trip and you guys were closed so no exchange could be made. Windshield wipers also in very poor condition. Very upsetting when you pay for quality equipment and receive very poor equipment.HAILIE M.

The parking was inadequate for the large trucks. It was hard to figure out the best place to park as most of the other trucks were just parked on the side of the road in the grass. There was nobody in the office when I got there but the online drop off was simple enough. I made sure to clean out and wipe down the inside of the cab and swept out the back of the cab to leave it cleaner then when I picked it up. I also made sure it was full when I dropped it off as a was weary of dropping it off at the fuel level I picked it up at. This cost me an extra $45 but I was afraid of getting charged more for dropping it off below full.KASSIDY C.

I took it upon myself to hook the unit up to my Jeep since the individual wasn't able to assist getting the trailer hooked up which was no biggie. The main issue is when I hooked the unit up the left turn signal and some of the clearance lights were not working . Unit should be checked out thoroughly according to DOT. Next time I will refuse the unit and request replacement or go to a different location.Kirk L.

Picked up trailer it had a bent rim and damaged fenders. we were told to take it to house and call roadside assistance to fix. Did that and roadside assistance couldn't get there for 4 hrs. Could not wait that long so was told to take to second location and trade it out they would call ahead... then showed up there and no one knew anything about me coming. So ended up waiting an additional 2 hrs at that location for replacement of tire and rim... then when we dropped off 2 hrs late was charged for being late. Very disappointed in service and conditions of trailer. The trailer should have never been rented in that condition not to mention the wait and aggravation of still loading and traveling. I would like a refund!!!!Marvin N.

I actually went to the wrong location in Victoria to turn in. The lady at the desk told me I was at the wrong place, but did not bother to tell me where the other location on the same street was. Told me to check my contract. At the right location, the rep could not have been nicer. Did not understand why the other location did not accept truck.Jerry N.

Requested a 6x12 and blankets and a dolly Was confirmed. Upon arrival all they had was 5x8. This made us have to take additional trips. No blankets were available. No dolly was on order and Laura provided one. Very disorganized. Laura did not keep standard business hours - however, she was amenable and helpful.nadine P.

There wasn't a person to help connect the trailer to our truck for the entirety of the day. My husband had to do the work. They didn't have any type of supplies (ball mounts or adapters). The trailer was parked in the mud.Brandie J.

I was in a bit of a rush as I had just found out one day prior that my job was being transferred the next day. I reserved a van. I arrived early to pick up but took a little longer to get paperwork done then I had hoped, I a hurry I got in the van ad drove to loading location, while in route had to endure an aweful urine smell coming from some where. installed a vent clip so I as to deal with the situation while getting my things moved. asked others what they thought and they said it smelled like an animal urine smell to them. when returning the van the next day.. Early, I notified the same lady who rented it to me, and she apoloigized and added that she had not noticed it when she checked it to make sure it was in ready condition to be rented... But also admitted it was possible that a homeless person may have used it for a place to stay. I was not even offered any kind of understanding other then a half hearted apology. I will NOT recommend this rental place to anyone I speak to as they do not care as much about those rentals being in RUE ready condition after a possible homeless person has made a temporary home in side.cathy S.

Make sure the gas tanks are at a full level. It is a pain to have to try and fill the tank back up to the level it was at and then get it back to the drop off. I should'nt have to give your company gas to make sure I'm not overcharged.Morgan L.
Could not get the size truck I needed which was a 26. I had to rent a 20 ft and then a 10 which cost me twice as much. And I still did not get all my furniture. I have to make another trip tomorrow. I will not use U haul. The lady at advantage tried to get me what I needed but could not find it. Then I return the rentals in San Antonio and they have trucks parked every where. It not only cost me twice as much but I have to make another trip more gas, another rental loose another day and more money I for one will not use u haul again and I have used u haul every time I have moved. I will spread the word go some where else. I do not expect to here from you all but if I just keep one person from being another victim maybe they stop one and it continue it will be big.RICHARD V.

This location was a secondary location original Location. On Sam Houston has very short staffed and I waited a long time and then was told I had to go to another location (Navarro). They are not prepared and poor service. Nice to talk to though.kendra D.

Prices are high seams silly to be $39 a day in town & $300 for 3 days oneway I think it could be closer in price also side mirror need to be able to be adjusted by driver it's a safety issue thank youWendy M.
Uhaul advertises one month storage unit rental for one way Truck Rental. "Not at this location...only Uhaul stores." Take more boxes than you may need. Uhaul will buy back unused supplies. "Not at this location...only Uhaul stores."JOE B.
