My only complaint is that we did not get the 10 foot that we asked for, we ended up getting a 15 foot, you said a 10 foot was not available and that you upgraded us for free, but that was not an upgrade for us - we did not have enough stuff to securely load into a 15 foot, it took more gas and was not as easy to drive as a smaller vehicle - I do think we should have been given a bit of a discount.
Lawrence MIt must've been after hours but there was no clear process for dropping the vehicle back off. I did not want to have to download an app. When I downloaded the app it was extremely slow uploading the photos. There should be instructions printed on the receipt on how to return a vehicle when you are finished with the rental and I think there should be a clear option on your webpage for returning for those of us that rented a vehicle for a few hours to move then wanted to return it quickly after a rigorous move. The process was inefficient.
MELANIE CThe only issue I had is that the Tiverton, RI police called and said my car had been at the Uhaul/Advantage Self-Storage location for more than 4 hours and was going to be towed. I frantically called every phone number I could find and only was met with national representatives that kept asking if I wanted to reserve a vehicle or rent a space. I finally called the police back to get the number from the dispatcher. I left a message, called about 10 more times, left another message and then finally got through right before my car was to be towed. The gentleman said I should have put a note in the windshield...not something I was told and not something that I saw posted anywhere. It would have been a whole different rating if my car had been towed.

JILL SRental began with gas tank less than half empty. Surprise charges (Over $100) for one-way rental far exceeded the $19.95 advertised in big letters on the side of the truck. Won’t be using this company again.

PAUL PThe lady on duty set up my 4x4x8 incorrectly the hitch ball should have been inverted …. Before leaving RI I stopped at the Newport u haul location to check things out and the gentleman that installed my hitch straighten out my trailer connections!

SEAN KI spent nearly an hour on the phone with support trying to use the automated system. She was great but the system was terrible. At supports direction I was back and forth between the ap and the website several times. The system needed to be reset somehow several times. Additional experts needed to be brought in. After an hour I was able to get my code for the key. Then the lock box was stuck. This took another 15 minutes to work out. By this time I needed an extra two hours to complete my move. I was charged for it! Then I got into the van and it stunk of marijuana. I told the agent all of this. Then I get an e-mail offering to refund a portion of the extra charge. What a horror show. You should be ashamed.

Alison LMy motorcycle trailer at uhaul was not working properly. The brake lights and signals did not work at all!!! I drove over 200 miles without light on trailer . Would sure like some kind of refund

Tejal PThe Tiverton location is very new, so they aren't as familiar with all the uhaul ins and outs. For example how to extend a rental, they did not put the furniture pads we rented in the uhaul(maybe the location just didn't have them) Uhaul took the charge right off for us.
