Ed GThis is not the location we were originally supposed to pick up from. It added 30 minutes to our commute, and it happened last minute. The roads going to and from this location were narrow and full of potholes making the whole experience of driving to and from this location scary. Additionally, this location had no parking and is located on the corner of a busy road and a freeway making it dangerous to try to park somewhere else.
Tulo VMegan was extremely helpful. My brother and I are from out of town and needed to move family. Great to know we have a great place right near us should we need a quick rental in the future !!

Dan OSignage needs to indicate where to drop off keys. I did not find a lockbox and just dropped the key in the unmarked mail slot on the door but that meant the next person renting the truck has no access to the key unless someone is there, which they were not.

Benjamin GIf you can’t give the customer a truck that thay reserved, then give them a credit on downsizing it. If you know a truck is not available let the costumer know right away and not sit on it hoping something will come in. Have the decency to give a credit for turning it in early with gas than received and a truck that should have been repaired in the first place. I am not happy with this rental at all. I turned down the trailer I reserved when they down -sized me to a 17 foot truck. Thank GOD I did not try pulling a trailer within truck the HAUL TOW light stayed on the entire way.
Ron BI won't be recommending or using uhaul again. I didn't get upset when I picked up the truck and the total was $22 more than what the website said online, but I am upset after returning the truck. I wasnt allotted enough miles so I apparently went over by 14 even though we didn't go out of the way at all and was charged for extra miles. I was charged a 25 dollar cleaning fee when there was nothing to clean. Top it all of with i didn't even get a courtesy text or call, just an emailed reciept of charges. Nope, won't use this company again.

ROCKY WI WILL NEVER USE THIS UHAUL SITE AGAIN! I returned a rental truck. The site was supposed to be open but the lady said she was busy in the back and I should leave the truck. Later that evening, I received an email containing the bill which included a fuel sales cost of $110.00 and a fuel fillup fee of $30.00. There was also a $25.00 cleanup fee because they said there were crumbs in the cab. I called the site and told the lady that the picture of the fuel gauge on my bill did not match the picture i had taken of the fuel gauge after putting fuel in the truck and before returning the truck. I also sent her pictures of the inside and outside of the truck showing that I had cleaned it and it did not require cleaning. I will never use this UHaul site again!

Angie KVery rude manager and office staff. I had spoke to the several times during the day explaining that think where not going as planned and that I would be later that expected getting the truck back. When I did get to the drop off that was no place to park the truck and when knocked on the door no one would answer the door to help and they where both inside. So I park the truck where I thought it would be out of the way of their normal business for a storage facility and not block the driveway. Whe I park the truck and was getting out to strat the drop off inspection a lady from the office came out and basically start getting in NY case about being late and blocking her in. I told her I knocked on the door and you wouldn't answer so I am parking out of the way so that I was not blocking the driveway. She proceeded to tell me that becasue I was late that they had to turn down sales.. when there was another 26 foot truck sitting on site I told her that not only did I call and speak to someone at her site but I also talked to someone from Uhaul corporate explaining I would be later then expected. The another lady.came out and started on me about being late and then told me that she would be sure I was charged double for the truck and I told her that she would only charge me for the extra day at 40$ and that would be it. She said you'll see about that I control what gets charged. When I left and got home I called the customer service number and placed a formal complaint on how I was treated and the rudeness of the drop off site. I will never go back there again and I will also tell anyone in the area to not go there. If I where the company being represented by these two women. I would pull my contract and find some on other than them.
TROY SThe only complaint I would have is I had to wait on a customer in front of me that took about 45-60 minutes to get there U-Haul. Other then that the employee at the front desk was extremely kind and polite and very helpful.

CHRISTOPHER BThe facility itself was very neat and well-maintained. The equipment was in good shape and they delivered what was needed and what they promised. The process was seamless and it was easy to arrange the truck online. Mobile check-in was very easy and saved a lot of time. I would like to say, however, that though I had wanted to waive the 14-dollar protection fee, it served as a default and there was no way to delete it. I suppose I could have asked the individual at the counter. In any case, it was a positive experience.

Darren WKerry & Tarin are the absolute best!!! So kind, friendly & really helpful. Kept in contact w me during the whole rental time for the truck. Always assuring me no problem if we needed it another day. Our move had many, many , many snags going from 1 place to another. I kept in contact w Tarin & Kerry & didn't feel like I was going to get in trouble if circumstances changed with our move. Because it did keep changing!!!They kept reassuring me all is ok!!! So nice to have NOT ONLY 1 competent employee at your business, but TWO!!! They are UNICORNS!! Great job!! They are understanding, considerate & they laughed at my crazy stories! Those 2 mAde my stressful event - allowed me to relax & get a handle on my moving situation. Wonderful group u have there at CTP & 917😄

Steve AThis was a horrible experience. I originally rented a truck in Cleburne. I then received a notice that there were no trucks available at that location, and I would need to go to the Joshua location, which was eight miles further. So I got charged extra mileage for the inconvenience. In addition, the truck was not safe. Each time I pumped the brakes, the truck would lurch forward. It happened several times, nearly causing an accident. I had planned to keep the truck for 24 hours to finish all my tasks. However, I felt too unsafe driving it, and returned it in 7 hours. As a result, my move was delayed for two days. I have used Uhaul in the past, and was very happy with the service. I'm chalking this experience up to an odd situation. However, it was significant enough to make me reconsider using Uhaul in the future.

NATHAN OI turned it in Sunday but there was no one there. They charged me for an extra day rental and a cleaning fee. We swept out the back but the cab was dirty from the previous user.
MICHELE LThis truck was horrible! The drivers side door wouldn’t close properly since it was bent out at the top. This caused my entire trip to be like a wind tunnel and either the frame of the truck was bent or needed a front end alignment it pulled to the left and made driving extremely uncomfortable!!
