Again the app did not work so we had to call customer service for assistance with the drop off. The individual who helped us assessed that we would need to pay an additional $20 because we did not complete the process through the app which was impossible to do as it was malfunctioning. Extremely disappointing service on top of an already stressful moving day. We will not be returning to U-Haul in the future.

All equipment not there and truck was kind of dirty with dust and dirt everywhere and had to sweep loading area before loading.
