Deon SThe lady was very helpful. I was acknowledged when I walked into the store and advised that someone would be with me. The truck was clean and drove well. My only recommendation is that the truck lights need to be replaced. They were very doll and dim making it difficult to drive at night.

GREGORY KWe had problems with the truck. The driver door was very hard to keep closed and the truck was not well maintained. The truck was 1/4 full of gas so as soon as we got in, we had to fill up the truck. Complained to the agent about it but he could not do anything
Michael SThe check engine light was on in the truck the entire drive for an out of state move: When I arrived they were missing materials I had specifically ordered two weeks ago for my move. The desk attendant was struggling, doing the best he could but he didn’t have what he needed to do his job or to help me. I would highly recommend calling a day or two before if you use this location and making sure all the details of your trip are correct and that they’ll have your materials available. I did have to change a couple of details on my reservation and they were typically very helpful over the phone so I was disappointed by the level of service the day of my move.
