I have used this facility a few times over the years and it is convenient and they are always very helpful! Reasonable rates and superb location (and beautiful!). Easy access and highly recommend Affordable Storage to anyone in town.

I would avoid this facility at all costs. They need to learn how to run a business. They have no clue, and that is being generous.

I was in a bind and needed a place to store my motorcycle after the Durango rally and the individual contacted me right away and was happy to help. Great service but the location needs some help. It was very tight to get a small trailer and it seems very run down.

The storage unit created problems when moving items into it due to the narrow passageway into the hallway of the whole storage unit along with the columns that again limit the movement of items. The 2 x 4 piece of wood on the floor in the doorway of the actual storage unit was also a pain to move things within the unit. There was no lighting inside the storage unit therefore we were always using our phone cameras.

Unit # 47 has two problems . In the Spring it has a water leak ok’ing down on the back wall and pooling on the floor. Some of my boxes got wet. Right in front of the door there is a lake in the Spring and Summer (ice in the winter. Called the management office. Nothing was done. So, I moved to a better storage unit.

Some lights inside the unit would have been amazing to make seeing everything easier, as the big lights from outside were not always enough. But other than that, enjoyed my time renting.

Nails that need to be nailed in and some boards/floorboards that need to be secured. So just a little cleanup and maintenance. But, other than that, super easy, helpful staff, and well-priced. Good experience overall.

My belongings had rat poop all over it and I tried getting into my storage two times, but the lock outside the unit would not open.

Greetings ! The only problem we observed was that mice had access to our unit..The unit was in the country and rural fields so we we not surprised..Made sure door was down tight but somehow they got in..We did not lose anything to the mice but droppings were apparent. We also used masks and gloves when in unit..

I rented a unit and ended up cancelling the the same day. The unit information given wasn’t accurate and the code provided to gain access was either wrong or the lock malfunctioned. Nobody had any clue how to remedy the situation. The service rep did have the manager call me back. I told him I had already cancelled the reservation and would get a storage unit elsewhere. He literally laughed at me, said, “Good luck,” and hung up. I was never offered any refund, which I understand I signed a contract. However, they didn’t exactly hold up their end of the deal.

Snow plowing was practically nonexistent- by the time it was plowed it was packed ice which stayed for months. Regrettably rodents infested my unit and damaged my stuff. It will take a while to figure out how bad it is- not psyched!

Corey does a great job of managing the process. I never actually met him in person but it didn’t matter. We were able to effectively transact everything via email and text and he was always helpful, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Affordable Storage!

The main issue I came across were the hours... I always found myself needing to get into my storage around 8pm or later, but the facility was always closed by 7pm. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
