Paul JThe address for the pick up was wrong on the website and once we finally found the correct location it turns out the uhaul was at the previous location we were at. Yet I had to register at a place miles up the road and when we got to the uhaul WE had to move a trailer out of the way to hook it up to the truck and when we went to move the uhaul the end that hooks to the truck was in an ant bed so my dad got bite by ants trying to hook it up.

Bernard BI called to make sure someone would be there since they advertise they are open on Sunday 10-3. I spoke to the man and he was at lunch and was going to be back in 45 minutes. I got to his location and he never showed up and wouldn't answer his phone. We waited over 2 hours and he never returned. The place of his business was very ghetto and junky and dirty. It is not a place I think U-Haul should use for their customers to go to. the property is dangerous and not in a good area of town. Please take your service away from these people. I had no choice but to leave the trailer after speaking with the U-Haul rep in Ft. Walton Beach where I picked it up at. He (Josh) said leave it and he would make a note of it. I took a video around the trailer before I left it and pictures.

GEORGE CFor some reason I returned the truck on Saturday before Noon and it did not appear on the computer as returned until 9am Sunday
George MRental place needs to show some respect. Gentleman was very rude and was closing up early that day. Would not recommend this location to ANYONE!!!
Justin GI stated that this location is poor, but I'm not sure to blame it on the location or the reservation office. I wasn't notified before 1800 the day prior where to pick-up my trailer. I received the email 2 hours before I was scheduled to pick it up. When I drove to the location to pick up the trailer, that location was closed on Sunday. When I called the number provided, I was given the location where someone was located. He then instructed me to hook up to the trailer at this location and drive across town to where someone was located to complete the paperwork. Once i got to the location that was open, there were no issues at this location.
Nathaniel GThis was absolutely the worse experience with uhaul I have ever had I was juggled between 2 locations with no directions pre pickup. After being an hour behind due to lack of communication and being sent again to the second location to pick up a truck. The keys could not be located. I then had to wait for key to be brought over from the other location. They never found the key to the 15' truck I had reserved so I had to take a 17' truck. The bottom side view mirror was cracked and not usable. The inside of the truck was filthy. The seats cover with some sticky substance. The truck was not inspected before I took it. I will go out of my way to avoid using uhaul in the future and will tell all of my friends, coworkers and acquaintances to not used uhaul as well.
