Update vehicle damage history on file for a quick and more efficient check out. Proper customer/s is responsible damages and not new customer who may overlook and missed hidden damages.

Robert ACustomer service absolutely sucks. Manager JC should not be a manager. He doesn't resolve any issue that came up. Vehicle was expired in which they never compensate anything. No one was on the same page with there policy. Had the nerve to call the police to report stolen because they wouldn't accept payment in cash. Never in my life will I ever do or recommend uhaul.

Chesey OI requested a 15' box truck but the day when I arrived it wasn't there, apparently the guys who rented it day before, did not bring it back on time next morning. Manager there was very cool of him to lone me a little smaller one and a discount was enough for me to get done what I had to do.
WAYNE GPlease insure that the national-level operator has updated information for the local business. When I made the reservation I was told that I would get a "Kama eina" discount, but when I picked up the truck I was told that the discount was discontinued.
