The website says this dealer closes at 5:30pm. However, when we arrived at 5:07pm they were closed. They, also, have a big sign out front requesting that equipment not be dropped after hours. Fortunately, I was able to use the mobile app to complete the contract. Thank goodness since we were not staying in the Fayetteville area (heading back to Texas) overnight.

Kristyn MI was very disappointed that there was a dent in the fender when I picked up the trailer. When I returned the trailer there were no extra dents, but I was charged for the dent. UHaul needs to be more alert of their trailers upon arrivals and departures.

Linda WMy original reservation was not met by the place where I reserved my truck. After about a half hour I was sent to a different rental place to pick up an alternate truck. Fortunately, I was able to complete my move, but it was irritating there was no truck available for my original reservation.
