In the middle of moving from OK to TN,I rented a 10x30 unit at the Crossville,TN facility,completely online. The process was fast and easy to do. When I arrived at the facility,there was a seal on the door and two nice locks provided when I opened the unit which was clean and ready to use. The option to add insurance to cover and protect my stuff was nice too.I'm glad I chose this company and facility;very positive experience so far.

Front gate needs fixing

During the 10 or so months I've had a unit with them there have been the occasional hiccup (like I forgot my code). I texted the number on the gate and within minutes was communicating with someone who got me going again. The veteran discount was a very welcome bonus as well. If you are interested THIS IS A VETERAN OWNED COMPANY. That is VERY important to me! I could not have been more happy with this relationship and would definitely recommend them if you have a need for storage.
